Kinderopvang Columbus ligt op de groene campus van de Internationale School Eindhoven. Hier komen kinderen uit diverse culturen samen. Bij Columbus werken we in een tweetalige omgeving (Nederlands en Engels) en dragen we bij aan de emotionele veiligheid en ontwikkeling van elk kind. De intensieve samenwerking met de Internationale School Eindhoven zorgt voor een doorlopende ontwikkellijn.  

We are located on the beautiful, green campus of the International School in Eindhoven, where we provide multilingual care for children from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• As an pedagogical professional at Columbus Childcare, you work daily with children aged 0 to 13 on the green campus of the International School in Eindhoven.
• Together with your dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues, you create a warm, home-like atmosphere where children feel safe and secure. You build strong connections with the children and give them the space to grow, learn, and develop.
• You regularly have conversations with parents to collaboratively find the best ways to meet the needs of the children and improve their daily experiences through effective cooperation.
• Your flexibility and empathy enable you to connect with the diverse backgrounds, values, and norms of the families you work with, ensuring that everyone feels seen and heard.
• At Columbus Childcare, personal attention is key, and you actively contribute to creating a welcoming and trusted environment for both the children and their parents.

• A diploma that is validated for working in childcare. This can be a Dutch MBO or HBO diploma, or a foreign diploma validated for our profession.
• Availability on different days, with a minimum of 2 days per week.
• It’s an advantage if you have a VVE certificate, meet the 3F language requirement, and have completed baby care training. Not yet? We’ll help you with that!
• Are you a non-native speaker? Then we require a certificate that demonstrates your English language skills at B2 level.

Atalenta is een eigentijdse en vooruitstrevende organisatie voor kinderopvang en primair onderwijs met 28 basisscholen, waaronder een school voor speciaal basisonderwijs, en 25 kinderopvanglocaties, waarvan 3 internationaal. Je vindt ons in de gemeenten Bergeijk, Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende, Valkenswaard, Waalre en Eindhoven. Daarnaast heeft Atalenta een voorziening voor nieuwkomers (expertisecentrum anderstaligen).

Atalenta is in 2023 ontstaan uit de fusie tussen onderwijsstichting SKOzoK en een deel van de Kinderopvanggroep.
